Full Refunds
- Force Majeure & Flight Cancellations: A full refund will be issued in cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, widespread strikes, extreme weather conditions declared by authorities) or official flight cancellations by the airline. Please provide official documentation (e.g., airline cancellation notice) to facilitate this process.
Partial Refunds & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations More Than 3 Hours Before Departure: For all other cancellation requests, a full refund will be processed if the cancellation is made at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time.
- Cancellations Less Than 3 Hours Before Departure / No-Show: If a cancellation request is received less than 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time, or if the passenger is a “no-show” (does not appear for the transfer at the agreed-upon time and location), the service will be considered rendered, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.
